2) Removal and replacement of existing steam boilers and system with new high efficiency hydronic heating system. These systems typical include condensing boilers, new piping systems, replacement of existing steam coils with new hydronic coils in the existing fan cabinets, cleaning of remaining system components and new controls.

3) Replacement of existing equipment with like equipment.

4) System review and troubleshooting of issues including piping issues, airflow issues, damaged ducts, un-calibrated controls.

5) Building control system review and recommendations based on budget requirements and client needs.

6) Removal of an existing air handling system and replacement with a ductless variable refrigerant system.
